NAMWCO is a community-owned and operated water system. If you are a NAMWCO shareholder, you should review this information carefully to familiarize yourself with company policies, shareholders' responsibilities and the mechanics of our water-delivery system.

The board members of the water company work to ensure that our neighborhood is provided with a continuous supply of quality water and service.

Your water company inspects the system on a regular basis, repairs leaks and equipment, installs and reads meter, pays taxes and fees, and tests our water as required by the State of California.

The Board of Directors are elected by you, the shareholders. You are invited to attend monthly board meetings and the annual Shareholders' Meeting. We encourage all shareholders to participate in the active and on-going experience of managing a community water company.
